Dungeness Borrow Pit Application - Shingle Extraction

In the light of the recent decision by Kent County Council to approve the planning application for extraction of shingle from the Borrow Pit at Dungeness DOC has released the following statement

Flying the flag for DOC!

DOC was presented with an excellent opportunity to fly its flag during a recent visit by Richard Branson to Dungeness when he attempted to kite-surf across the Channel.  Crowds of people watched the event which unfortunately had to be finally abandoned  due to adverse weather conditions but the mood  remained upbeat and cheerful.

Successful DOC Meeting held at Camber
