DOC meets Parliamentary Under-Secretary Richard Benyon
At the invitation of Amber Rudd, MP for Hastings & Rye, DOC Chairman Terry Preston met with the newly appointed Under-Secretary for Natural Environment and Fisheries, Richard Benyon, who recently visited the area on a fact-finding mission.

Flying the flag for DOC!
DOC was presented with an excellent opportunity to fly its flag during a recent visit by Richard Branson to Dungeness when he attempted to kite-surf across the Channel. Crowds of people watched the event which unfortunately had to be finally abandoned due to adverse weather conditions but the mood remained upbeat and cheerful.

Strong Winds + High Tides = Massive Shingle Loss!!!
