The Environment Agency has prepared a further update on  the Sea Defence Scheme presently under construction at Dymchurch, including  Artist’s impression and plan view. Once completed , this project which will reduce flooding for nearly two and a half thousand homes in Dymchurch.

Lord Smith of Finsbury, who is the Chairman of the Environment Agency,  visited the Romney Marsh today to inspect the progress on the construction of new and much needed  sea defences  at Dymchurch and the Romney Marsh as a whole.
